New Registrations
We are currently accepting new patients to The Grange Surgery who live in the PE1, PE3 and PE4 areas of Peterborough. We will only register new patients who reside in these postcodes – check the blue area on the map below.
Full Patient Registration
To register with us you can go online, or visit the surgery to complete a form.
REGISTER ONLINE
We are using a new online service called Register with a GP surgery that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery via the NHS website or App.
Just fill in the quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number. The online registration service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
REGISTER IN PERSON
To register in person you will need you to visit the surgery to complete a form and also show us one of the following:
- Evidence of your Name, Date of Birth & Address. EG. Passport or Medical Card
- An existing Health Card (with NHS number)
- Patients who have come from overseas must bring their passport
You will then be asked to make an appointment to book in for your Joining Medical. At this appointment you will be required to take a brief medical where a doctor or nurse will check your height, weight and blood pressure. This is a routine procedure that all new patients need to have done, it helps us to provide the best care for our patients.
Temporary Patient Registration
As well as permanent registrations, we can also register people on a temporary basis – either up to 15 days or over 15 days and up to 3 months. You will have to be staying in the practice catchment area and must not already be registered in the Peterborough area. You will need to provide the name and full address of your own surgery.
